Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, contact us at info@adreamajewelry.com

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item, please reach out to our team at info@adreamajewelry.com.

We’ll be happy to guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the piece that’s right for you.

 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution before the funds appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@adreamajewelry.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Return Condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition with original packaging, and GRA certificate included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Final Sale Items
Please note that because personalized, engraved, and custom-made pieces are crafted specifically for you, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions about a custom piece, our team is always happy to help before you place your order.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
