Processing Time
Each piece is carefully prepared and dispatched for shipping within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production and processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (Free)
• Expedited shipping option available at checkout for $35

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, all transit times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, force majeure events, and customs processing delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates

Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address you provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. While we are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier, please reach out to our team and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your package.
